New Mercies offers Christ-centered and theologically driven counseling. As we partner with individuals, churches, ministries, and businesses we seek to look at the human condition biblically while remaining clinically and trauma informed.

Lasting change happens in one’s life as a result of the Holy Spirit at work at the heart level. Trusted pastors, mentors, and counselor can play a role in helping the hurting identify root issues.

Counselors are here to encourage, comfort, listen, and offer solutions to those who are struggling, hopeless, or suffering so that they may experience the transforming power of the Gospel through the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

  • Partnerships

    New Mercies LOVES partnering with churches, ministries and like-minded businesses to help bear the burden of caring for those God has placed in your circle of influence. With partnerships we can work together to provide care for your referral base while offering some financial assistance.

  • Minors

    Minors are seen on a case-by-case basis. Parents/guardians are encouraged to have involvement in the counseling process. This is achieved through regularly inviting parents/guardians into the counseling setting with the minor. NMBC, honors parental authority and believes parents are to be the chief disciplers of their children (Ephesians 6:1-4; Proverbs 1:8). Therefore, parents or legal guardians are required to be involved in the counseling process with any children under the age of 18.

    *Sessions with minors may be shorter in length

    New Client Intake $100 (per session)

    Individual $75(per session)

    Couples/Family $100 (per session)

    PreMarital Counseling $250(includes 4 sessions)

  • Payment

    Cash, Card, Invoice

    Private Pay Only

    We do not bill insurance, but happily provide an invoice if needed for reimbursement.

  • Confidentiality

    No information is disclosed without prior written permission from the counselee. However, we take a few exceptions to this rule, which are:

    *Suspected child, dependent adult, or elder abuse.

    *If a counselee is threatening serious bodily harm to another person.

    *If a counselee intends to harm himself or herself.

    In these cases, proper reporting will take place.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We ask that clients reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of their appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00.

    Our office uses an automated system to send reminders of appointments 24hrs and 8hrs in advance.
